The brochure presents a set of information and statistical data characterizing Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolis, its structure, tasks, organization and socio-economic potential against the background of the voivodship and the country. The study has a graphical and tabular form; comments and diagrams are complementary information. Maps and graphs show the internal diversity of the Metropolis and present the distribution and intensity of selected phenomena.
