Statistical information contains a set of data on the housing stock, basic indicators of housing conditions of the population, as well as information on: modernisation and renovation of dwellings, costs of maintaining the housing stock, rates of payment for dwellings in buildings by form of ownership, arrears in housing payments, eviction actions and housing allowances, social housing and land management for housing.

The publication consists a set of statistical information characterising dwelling stocks and basic indicators of living conditions of the population of Śląskie Voivodship. Data concerning modernisation works and renovation carried out in dwellings, costs of maintenance, arrears in payments for dwelling, eviction actions and housing allowances paid as well as social housing and administration of land for housing construction are also presented in publication.

The publication contains a set of statistical information characterizing dwelling stocks, basic indicators of living conditions of the population, as well as information on: the modernization works and repairs carried out in dwellings, housing costs, housing arrears, eviction actions and housing allowances paid as well as social housing and land use under housing construction. The analytical commentary and tabular part of the publication is preceded by methodological notes describing the definitions of basic concepts and the source and scope of data. The statistical material is enriched with a graphical annex in the form of maps and charts. In spatial terms, characteristics of the housing economy is shown in the breakdown by urban areas and rural areas as well as by powiats and cities with powiat status; moreover, basic data are presented by gminas and subregions and against the background of the country and other voivodships (the tabular part available in Excel format).

The elaboration is composed of methodological notes, an analytic part and a tabular part. The set of data is accompanied by a graphic illustration in the form of maps and diagrams. Data are presented in the division: urban areas, rural areas, powiats and cities with powiat status. Selected data are presented by gminas and on the background of the country and other voivodships.
