The elaboration includes statistical data characterising the socio-economic situation of the Śląskie Voivodship in 14 thematic chapters: population, labour market, wages and salaries, social benefits, prices, agriculture, industry, construction, residential construction, internal market, financial results of non-financial enterprises, investment outlays, tourism and public safety. Each of the chapters contains a synthetic, analytical commentary, enriched with a tabular and graphic form of data presentation in a in the broadened retrospection of 2010-2015. The whole of the report is preceded by general notes including information on the methodology of presented data as well as symbols and major abbreviations. Additionally, the elaboration contains basic information on the voivodship against the country and against the other voivodships. Annex to the elaboration is composed of review tables presenting selected information on the Śląskie Voivodship in 2005 and in 2010-2015 as well as selected data by months in 2014 and 2015.
